Meditation & breathwork can help us to get in touch again with our bodies, hearts and minds.

When we practice letting go of our outer senses, following our awareness towards our hearts, we can reconnect with our Self. When we disconnect from this deep place, when we forget who we are, we often experience so much suffering.

My work as a teacher is to help students learn to act from a place of equanimity. First we learn how to care for ourselves through regular meditation and contemplation which allows us to show up the way we really want to in the world. In love, in partnership, parenting, and in our professional lives. We can design the lives we wish to lead taking each step with grace, and thoughtfulness, rather than simply reacting when we feel confronted or retreating in the comfort of old habits and behaviors.

Through guided meditation, mantra work, pranayama, learn how to stay connected to your center cultivating more opening, more freedom, and more compassion for yourself.
